Maison Verde is a farm-to-table restaurant rooted in the foothills of the Blue Ridge — celebrating local growers, slow cooking, and the rituals of a long meal shared well.
Our menu changes with the season — sometimes the week. We work with farms across Greenville, Pickens, and Oconee counties, picking up what's freshest and building the night's plates from there.
We don't rush. Stocks simmer overnight. Bread is proofed twice. Sauces are reduced for hours, not minutes. The result is food with depth — the kind of meal that asks you to slow down too.
A reservation here isn't just a transaction — it's a few hours of your evening. We take that seriously. From the wine you're poured to the way our team moves around the room, every detail matters.
The best meals don't happen in a kitchen. They happen at the table — and our job is just to set the stage.
Tables fill quickly on weekends — we recommend booking at least a few days in advance. Walk-ins welcome at the bar.
