What we believe

Cook with what's here, when it's here.

Our menu changes with the season — sometimes the week. We work with farms across Greenville, Pickens, and Oconee counties, picking up what's freshest and building the night's plates from there.

Slower is better.

We don't rush. Stocks simmer overnight. Bread is proofed twice. Sauces are reduced for hours, not minutes. The result is food with depth — the kind of meal that asks you to slow down too.

Hospitality is a craft.
